Yes. Select a connected channel for Smart YouTube setup, or use that channel's RTMP details in Manual setup.

Yes, using the Facebook destination or a custom RTMP URL and key.
If the stream is still set to stay live, LAIZO STREAM tries to restart the process and shows the drop on the card. It does not invent viewers or hide the error.
