These terms govern your use of LAIZO STREAM’s account, media, cloud streaming, subscription and support services.

LAIZO STREAM is operated by Bawi Thang, an Australian sole trader. By creating an account, starting a paid subscription or using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age required to enter a binding contract where you live, and able to lawfully use the service. If you use LAIZO STREAM for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind it.

You must provide accurate account and billing information, keep it current, protect your password and two-step authentication method, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account except to the extent caused by our breach of law or these terms.

Accounts and subscriptions may not be resold, shared outside the account owner’s organisation, or used to operate a service for unrelated third parties without our written agreement.

2. The LAIZO STREAM service

LAIZO STREAM provides tools to upload or reuse media, configure stream destinations, schedule streams and operate cloud encoders that send pre-recorded content to supported third-party platforms. Available features depend on your plan, account permissions, connected platforms and technical compatibility.

Smart setup can use a connected YouTube account to create or manage supported live-stream resources. Manual setup sends an encoder signal using the RTMP or RTMPS destination and stream key you provide. In Manual setup, you remain responsible for creating and, when required, starting the broadcast on the destination platform.

Plan limits shown in the product and at checkout apply to stream slots, storage, resolution and other features. Current LAIZO encoder output supports 720p, 1080p and 4K at 30 FPS. A source file’s original quality does not guarantee identical output quality.

3. Plans, prices and recurring billing

Paid subscriptions are offered on the billing cycle, plan and stream quantity shown before checkout. Prices are shown in Australian dollars unless the checkout clearly states otherwise. Any applicable tax and the total due are shown before you confirm payment.

Automatic renewal: a paid subscription renews automatically each month or year, according to the cycle you select, until it is cancelled. Stripe charges the saved payment method at the start of each renewal period.

By subscribing, you authorise Stripe to charge the price displayed at checkout and later recurring charges for the selected subscription. If payment fails, the account may be marked past due and paid features or running streams may be restricted until payment is resolved.

We will not change the price of an already-paid billing period. If a future renewal price changes, we will provide reasonable notice where required. If you do not accept the new price, you may cancel before the renewal takes effect.

Complimentary, trial or administrator access may have different limits, may not require a card, and can end on the date or conditions disclosed with that access.

4. Cancellation, plan changes and refunds

You can manage your saved payment method, invoices and eligible cancellation options from Billing in LAIZO STREAM, which opens Stripe’s secure customer portal. You may also contact support@laizo.stream if the portal is unavailable.

Unless a different result is clearly shown when you cancel, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. You keep access until then and will not be charged for the next period. Deleting media, stopping streams or ceasing to use the service does not by itself cancel a subscription.

Payments are generally not refundable for change of mind or unused time. However, this does not limit any refund, cancellation, re-supply or other remedy you are entitled to under the Australian Consumer Law or another law that cannot be excluded. Contact Support with the account email, invoice date and the problem so we can assess the request.

5. Your content and permissions

You retain ownership of video, audio, images, titles and other content you upload or configure. You grant LAIZO STREAM a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, copy, transcode, combine, transmit, display to you and otherwise process that content only as reasonably needed to provide, secure and support the service.

You represent that you have all rights, licences, releases and permissions needed to upload, process and livestream the content, including music, video, artwork, trademarks and any personal information it contains. You are responsible for destination-platform settings, audience, visibility, advertising and compliance.

You can delete media through Media Library, subject to reasonable processing time, backups and legal retention. We may remove content that infringes rights, violates law or platform rules, creates a security risk, or breaches these terms.

6. Google, YouTube and other platforms

Third-party platforms are independent of LAIZO STREAM. Your use of YouTube, Google, Facebook, Twitch, Instagram or another destination is also governed by that provider’s terms, privacy policy, technical requirements and content rules.

Platform APIs, quotas, permissions, stream keys, broadcast states and outages can change without our control. We do not guarantee that a third-party platform will accept, display, monetise or continuously carry a stream. You can disconnect Google or YouTube inside LAIZO STREAM and may revoke access in your Google Account.

Your use of YouTube through LAIZO STREAM is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.

7. Acceptable use

You must not use LAIZO STREAM to:

  • upload or transmit unlawful, infringing, deceptive, harmful, abusive or exploitative content;
  • violate copyright, privacy, publicity, confidentiality or other rights;
  • circumvent plan, storage, access, security, platform or technical limits;
  • share credentials, stream keys or access tokens with unauthorised people;
  • introduce malware, probe or disrupt systems, or attempt unauthorised access;
  • misrepresent affiliation, manipulate engagement, send spam or conduct fraudulent activity; or
  • use the service in a way that materially harms LAIZO STREAM, its providers, other users or the public.

We may investigate suspected misuse and cooperate with platforms, rights holders and authorities where lawfully required.

8. Availability, maintenance and service changes

LAIZO STREAM is designed for long-running cloud streams, but no internet or streaming service is uninterrupted. Availability can be affected by maintenance, media compatibility, network conditions, capacity, software, third-party APIs, destination outages and events outside reasonable control.

Automatic restart and status monitoring can reduce disruption but do not guarantee uninterrupted transmission or playback. Keep original copies of all media and independently monitor important broadcasts.

We may improve, replace or discontinue features. If a material change significantly reduces a paid service, we will provide reasonable notice where practical and any remedy required by law.

9. Suspension and termination

We may temporarily restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address failed payment, security risk, illegal activity, serious or repeated breach, urgent technical harm, or a request from a platform or lawful authority. Where appropriate, we will give notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

You may stop using the service at any time, but you must separately cancel a paid subscription to stop future renewals. After termination, your right to use the service ends. Provisions that by their nature should continue—including payment obligations, ownership, confidentiality, liability and dispute terms—survive termination.

10. Australian Consumer Law and liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LAIZO STREAM is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost audience, loss of opportunity, destination-platform action, or loss caused by content or credentials supplied by you. Where liability can lawfully be limited, our aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid to LAIZO STREAM for the affected service during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim.

The limits above do not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct, or liability that cannot legally be limited. If a statutory guarantee applies and our liability can lawfully be limited, our liability is limited, at our option, to supplying the services again or paying the reasonable cost of having them supplied again.

11. General terms

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. If part of these terms is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms continue. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver. You may not transfer these terms without our consent; we may transfer them as part of a genuine sale or restructuring, subject to applicable law.

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the service, providers or law. We will identify updates by changing the date above and provide additional notice for material changes where appropriate. Continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance, except where law requires another form of consent.

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. The parties submit to the courts of Queensland and courts entitled to hear appeals from them, without limiting any right you have to bring a claim elsewhere under a law that applies to you.
